In this exciting role as a Technical trainer, you'll be the driving force behind the development of Agricultural and construction equipment training and the growth of our Service Technicians.



Your mission? To assess the needs of our service technicians, curate top-notch instructional materials, and craft engaging training programs. Plus, you'll keep a close eye on those OEM training metrics to ensure we're hitting the mark.



We're on the lookout for a qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic and a knack for training and instructional delivery. Do you have a solid grasp of Agricultural or Construction technician skilled trades? Even better! Your project management skills will shine as you organise and prioritise tasks, while your communication game will be on point for collaborating with stakeholders across the board. And let's not forget your flexibility - you'll be ready to jump in and support our teams wherever they may be.
