About the role:

You will be working for a firm with a lot of personality. This is a varied role where you will support the Office Manager with day-to-day administration needs.

  • Part-time. About 25 hours per week.
  • General reception tasks - answering phones, greeting clients, etc.
  • Scheduling meetings, and booking appointments
  • Managing social media accounts
  • Organising team events (this group likes to have fun!)
  • Organising vehicle maintenance for all company vehicles (WOFs, Registrations, etc.)
  • Keeping office stocked (supplies, coffee, milk, etc.)

About you:

Strong administration skills and experience is a must.

Experience with finance-related admin tasks is a must. If you have experience in finance (payroll, accounting, etc.), this will definitely give you a leg-up and could lead to the role developing over time (more earning potential for you!).
