We are seeking a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of effectively conveying information to a diverse team, including medical professionals. Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly document and escalate case details, maintaining meticulous records.
  • Accurately input data to reflect the status of specialists and applicants.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider quality team.
