Job description

  • Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm

The Role
This temp opportunity of Resource Coordinator is an important team role required on an ongoing basis for now (ie no end date) and if later interested in a permanent role, this is also possible (a separate application).

  • You will be a first point of contact (inbound contact centre) for requests for their support service by their clients
  • You will schedule service provision, informing all parties, liaise with clients re home and community support and any updates/changes (eg from the Support Workers etc)
  • Enter required documentation, adhering to rostering systems and general timesheet and administration processes etc

You

  • You will have fantastic customer, touch typing, administration and computer systems experience
  • An interest in people in the community, and a social services environment in general
  • Be empathetic, with a very clear telephone voice, able to quickly grasp what is required, to take notes with great recall
  • Will be calm and able to respond professionally to calls from the clients (the injured, elderly etc)
  • This is ideal for an experienced computer /ph based Customer Service person
