I was very excited to join the Kinetic team in mid 2010.  I moved to Auckland from Wellington for some much needed sunshine and to extend my skills as the right hand person to people working in busy roles.  I love working with the supportive and energetic team here at Kinetic! For someone at the beginning of their career, it is great to know I am learning lots every day from such dedicated and committed people!

 

It's thrilling to work with such a hard working and passionate team of people who truly care about the industry and offer a 100% professional service. I started in recruitment in 2001 when everything was manual and the only people with a computer were the boss the payroll team. Things have certainly changed, but my love of partnering with companies and finding valuable employees who will add value and fit within their culture is as strong today as it was back then. With experience recruiting the Office Junior through to Managing Directors  here in New Zealand, Australia and the UK I have many long standing relationships and strong networks to source the right people. I am incredibly dedicated to looking after candidates and securing them a future within the right company.

 

   

I originally moved to Wellington in 2005 to study.  Since then I have completed my BA in Politics and International relations and my BCOM in Human Resource Management. I am the friendly face of Kinetic as I work on the frontline. When not at work you will find me up the mountain, at a dance studio or running along Wellington’s beautiful waterfront.

 

 

I have been part of the team at Kinetic since January 2007 when I joined as the Frontline Administrator.  Taking on the role as the first step in my career after studying Human Resources at University, I soon realised this was a company and industry I loved.  My current position sees me enjoying candidate interaction as well as incorporating a support aspect in a busy, upbeat environment.  The culture at Kinetic is what sets us apart and I am proud to be part of the team.

 

I arrived from the UK in early 2011 in search of new adventures and opportunities. Once I arrived in Wellington I had no idea I would so quickly find myself working at Kinetic. I work amongst the accounts team where the daily challenges and varying responsibilities give me immense job satisfaction. I am thrilled to be using a range of skills in a supportive and innovative environment for a company that I am proud to work for.

I joined Kinetic in April 2006 and have since recruited for permanent, contract and temporary staff across various industries and positions.  I love my job and the satisfaction of placing the right candidate in the right role.  I believe you should work hard and play hard too – something the Kinetic team is very good at!  With a background in corporate account management, I know that building and maintaining client and candidate relationships is extremely important.  I also believe understanding an organisation’s structure and culture is paramount to finding the right fit for any team. 

 

Positive, passionate, informative, consistent and driven are the qualities I have come to perfect and use as a successful consultant.  When you spring out of bed in the morning and can say “I love my job, the people I work with and what I do” – you know you are in the right career path.  I hold a great deal of pride in the relationships I hold, and continue to strive to help both clients and candidates to the highest of service standards.  My motto has always been “do unto others as you would have them do unto you”.  You will be well supported with me as your recruitment specialist.     

 

   

I got my first taste of Kinetic as a candidate – I was so impressed with the service offered that I soon became a client.  The opportunity arose to join the team and I jumped at the chance.  Coming from an account management background, I had a solid idea of what was expected.  I am a people person, and have a very open and honest approach to my work. The team at Kinetic have an incredibly strong work ethic, but they also know how to have fun. It’s great to be part of the team!

 

On graduating from Waikato University with a degree in psychology, I took off overseas for four years. I recently returned to Auckland ready to settle down into a well-established company that could really take me places. Kinetic was the perfect place for me and I feel privileged to be part of such an innovative and pro-active team.

I’ve been at Kinetic since 2002 so you could say I’m part of the furniture. After teaching in London and working ski seasons in Italy, I was ready for a challenge and career move.  The team and culture in our office keeps my enthusiasm high and I love nothing better than matching candidates and clients.

I bring a new perspective to Kinetic Career Services; one of understanding and having extensive experience of managing people in business.  Having mentored and coached business owners and senior managers to optimise the performance of their teams through career management and development, I am passionate about positively empowering and supporting people to find their ideal career path.  I love listening to candidates and clients and providing tailor-made solutions to meet their needs by using the Kinetic Career Services innovative suite of career management and development packages.

Recruitment has always been where I've enjoyed the greatest relationships, comradeship, had the most fun and by far my greatest successes. I've taken my talents to other fields in industries as diverse as packaging, utilities, freight and fashion – but always in a people-centric, sales, marketing or relationship management role.  In 2011 I decided it was time to return to where I know I'm going to have the most fun, provide the greatest value and revel in the successes only recruitment can bring.  That decision made, the next was "Who do I want to work for?"  When I was introduced to Kinetic I was already aware of their superb reputation, but it was the team who won me over, as they are all 100% committed, work towards excellence and are incredibly supportive of each other. Combining all this, gives you a culture that encourages and rewards successes as well as me being a happy and high-performing member of the team.  My specialist field is Sales & Marketing although my experience and exposure to multiple industries has provided a very credible platform to recruit at senior management and executive levels.

 

Working for Kinetic since 2006 has been the highlight of my career to date.  After completing a Bachelor of Arts at Massey University in Palmerston North, I began a social work career in Wellington.  Then I headed overseas where I worked for 10 years in the UK within a Private Equity Marketing team for the corporate investment banking world.  Kinetic has been a fresh and energising step back into New Zealand life.  Recruitment is now where my focus is and I thoroughly enjoy the account management and personal style Kinetic offers both clients and candidates.  I am accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and thrive to ensure my clients make the right choices in all their recruitment needs and receive exceptional service.

 

My role as Career Development Manager provides the perfect opportunity to combine my many years in recruitment and customer relationship management, with my passion for personal and professional coaching. I love watching a person transform their belief and confidence in themselves when they attend our personalised Whr24U student career guidance programme or our Return2Work programme. I take a step-by-step approach to what may otherwise seem an overwhelming decision for people regarding their career.  It’s amazing to see someone walk out a very different person to the one that walked in.  I also gain great satisfaction from working in partnership with my clients in our Kinetic Career Services area to improve the success of their organisation by recruiting, developing and retaining the very best people.

 

I have worked for Kate (our Director) since 1999, both in the Wellington and Auckland market.  Yes – you’ve got it – I love my job!  Why? Because as a team, and as individuals, we care.  We listen to our candidates and clients and we go the extra mile to get it right.  My reward as a Manager / Senior Consultant is having a thriving team and seeing my candidates and clients ecstatic with the result.   Whatever your question, pick up the phone and call – we will always give you the best advice we can on either changing your role, or recruiting a new employee across any level.

I joined Kinetic and quickly realised that I was working amongst highly passionate people who truly enjoy their jobs and it shines through in the office culture. I came to Kinetic with four years recruitment experience in the Construction, Property and Engineering industries and can truly say that I love my job! To me the key to the recruitment is understanding; understand the business, the culture and the function of the role and the needs of all parties involved. I am really looking forward to being involved with such a great team of people and am excited for the future.

Having been part of the Kinetic team since 2004, I have seen the market go through many changes.  What has stayed constant is the fantastic team at Kinetic and the supportive nature of the business.  I originally discovered Kinetic as a candidate many years ago, and after being placed by Kinetic in two permanent roles and then considering recruitment as a career, it was a natural choice for me to embark on this career path with Kinetic.

I established Kinetic in Wellington. Four years later I recognised that Auckland was struggling to find such responsive and high-quality recruitment and career management services as those we were offering at Kinetic. I love a challenge, and moved north to set up the Auckland Office. Client and candidate demand have secured Kinetic a strong market share – a testimony to the Kinetic vision, our team’s combined in-depth knowledge of recruitment and career management, and our shared demand for excellence. I have a huge respect for each member of my team. They inspire me daily.

I have just moved home to Wellington after completing my BCom in Marketing Management and BA in History and Communications down at Otago University. Shortly after my return I was fortunate to land the role as the friendly face of the Kinetic Wellington office. I can confidently say that not one day here on the frontline has been the same! I feel really lucky to be part of such an amazing and vibrant team and look forward to the new challenges that each day brings.

I am the resident bean counter at Kinetic. In addition to counting beans I am also the one that ensures that everyone gets paid when they deserve it.

 

I have been part of the Kinetic team since 2007. After four years in varying support roles, I still enjoy working alongside the Consultants and have found my niche in an Office Manager/ Consultant capacity. To date I am responsible for providing assistance to the Consultants and Management in the Wellington region as well as assisting clients with their recruitment needs. I look forward to continuing to build on excellent working relationships with clients and candidates alike.

 

   

   

As I have been in the Recruitment Industry for over 15 years and have held roles in General Management, Business Development and Consulting covering numerous sectors, you could say that Recruitment is in my blood!

I currently manage the Kinetic team that focuses on the Engineering and Technical sectors across Australasia. This team is experienced in sourcing technical and engineering candidates locally as well as internationally for clients in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. At Kinetic, we foresee huge potential and growth within this area of our business.

Not only are we equipped to supply staff for one-off projects, we also have the capability, experience and resources to support large multi-billion dollar projects at a global level. Kinetic has an ever-increasing network of both passive and active employees who are constantly looking for further opportunities.

As the Frontline Administrator in the Auckland office, I love meeting and getting to know clients and candidates on a daily basis. I joined the Kinetic team early in 2012 after graduating from the Auckland University of Technology and I am enjoying every minute of my time here. Kinetic allows me to apply the skills I have developed over the years as well as provides a great environment to extend my knowledge of the recruitment industry. I am fairly new to the team, although I’m not new to Kinetic as I was a client in a previous life (and a tough one at that!).  I have over ten years experience in HR and recruitment across a range of industries.  This gives me a great understanding of both my clients’ and my candidates’ needs.  I’m passionate about working with people and love making that perfect match!  It’s awesome to be part of an energetic and down to earth team that is equally passionate about people and providing a high level of service.
