The Role
This role will see you supporting this company with many day to day functions. Personable and motivated, you will use your initiative to assist the team with ad-hoc tasks, greeting visitors and providing a high standard of service. Duties include:

Answering phones and greeting visitors

Meeting room management
-
Mail, couriers, stationary and keep cafe area tidy

Assisting various departments with ad-hoc administration

Being proactive with health and safety policies
The Ideal Candidate
Previous Reception experience is essential for this role as we need someone to hit the ground running. Must be Microsoft office savvy, bubbly, bright and friendly, you will have a great work ethic and desire to learn. We really need someone that is proactive and enjoys assisting the wider team, but also isn't afraid to muck in and help out wherever is needed.
This role requires an immediate start so you must be available to begin work on Monday 22 Jan 18!
