In this role you will:

  • Organise meetings
  • Prepare documents
  • Ensure staff training and annual memberships are updated and records kept
  • Phone and email responses
  • Arrange for payments with customers
  • Assist with project management
  • Ad hoc office duties

To be successful in this role you will be organised and proactive. You will be positive and be someone who is always one step a head of the game. You will be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to multi-task. You will be friendly and a real people person. You will have experience working in a similar role and be able to work autonomously when required.
