My highly reputable international client seeks a warm & knowledgeable individual to manage and support their lively finance office, starting February.
Do you have strong communication and excellent interpersonal relationships? My client seeks a truly approachable and efficient team support/administrator who will willingly and proactively run and organise all facets of this reputable international finance support team.
You will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, from liaising with the landlord over building matters and all related administration to reviewing contracts and collating reports to partners. You will be working with trust accounts and billing, with a finger on the pulse across all outgoing invoices, liaison around these, and an understanding and willingness to be the glue and communication stream in the team, no matter how big or small the task.
The ideal candidate will have law firm knowledge, and have used Aderant, their chosen software system. You will have the ability and experience to hit the ground running, providing valuable and hands-on expertise and warm and effective support to the team, from administration through to partner level.
Communication is key, and the ability to provide accurate and reliable assistance, with an intuitive understanding of the nature of the business. A fantastic place to work, modern and open plan offices, a very low staff turn over - this is definitely not your average finance organisation!
