This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within Customer Service by joining a reputable organisation focused on the non-for-profit, charity sector. This rapidly growing organisation are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service superstar to become part of their successful team.

The culture of this organisation is non-corporate and despite being a very serious about their goal, they are very relaxed in their approach. Not only will you be working in a friendly and supportive environment, you will be making a huge different to many people’s lives.

You will working mainly on the telephone, answering incoming customer calls, managing the enquiries inbox and you will be responsible for managing the customer experience for over 10,000 charity customers across New Zealand.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous customer service experience, excellent IT literacy (e.g. Microsoft Suite, Outlook), a great communicator and problem-solver. You are highly customer-oriented and professional.

This is a temporary, full time position. Hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Starting 29th January, 2018.
