Customer Service Officer

We are looking for a customer focussed frontline administrator to work within this busy role. Doing everything from office co-ordination through to customer service and reception. No one day will be the same in this busy varied role.

The Role

  • Receiveand redirect incoming calls
  • Coordinate and dispatch technicians
  • Meet and Greet visitors
  • Distribute mail and faxes
  • Manage complaints & escalate to the appropriate manager
  • Prepare and compile reports on customers
  • Create invoices
  • Log and note calls

Skills & Experience

To be successful you will be customer focussed, having had experience working and dealing with customers previously! This role will bring with it tonnes of variety so the ability to adapt and work under pressure is essential. You will have strong Microsoft office skills and the ability to pick things up quickly. But most importantly you will enjoy having a laugh and fun at work.
