Swivel Careers is a programme specifically for school students and graduates to help you lay a foundation for the career that you want. Kinetic also offers two-hour-long career development workshops as well as one-on-one sessions to motivate you to get your career cracking. Our friendly team of consultants will follow up with you to make sure you’re on track with your action plan and to help you achieve your career goals. Ultimately, we’re here to make sure you are a star, no matter what you do.

If you’ve just graduated, congratulations! Welcome to the working world. We know that finding your first job can be a daunting process, particularly if you haven’t had the chance to gain work experience. Kinetic’s Ready2Work programme is aimed at tertiary graduates who need a little guidance to see you secure your dream career. Ready2Work will get you up to speed with the current work environment, including salary expectations and the tools you need to secure the job you deserve.

Finding the right job after taking time out from the workforce can be tricky. You may feel out of touch, especially as technology changes so rapidly, you may lack confidence, or you may be seeking a position that allows some flexibility or provides you a good work / life balance.

Kinetic’s Return2Work programme can help you identify your personal strengths and skills, including those you have acquired while out of the workplace. The programme will boost your confidence. It allows you to explore your career options, focussing on options that suit your personality and preferred lifestyle, with more confidence.

Kinetic also provides a range of two-hour workshops to provide targeted personal development.
