The right person for this pivotal role will have at least 5 years experience teaching year ideally year 3 primary level. You will be a master at what you do, resilient, open minded, passionate and willing to throw everything into this contract and make a truly inspirational and much needed change to the culture of this school.
Effectively, you are joining a new management team, who are instigating change across the entire school, employed to recreate a thriving and successful environment based on results driven by only the most passionate of teachers. This really is an opportunity to use your talent and love for teaching, to inspire, create confidence, and bring about competitive and much needed changes ultimately altering the course of the success for this school and their valuable students.
You will be led by one of the best at what he does, as he creates a successful and thriving team of passionate and masterful teachers, all on board with the same goal in mind. Your role as their mentor and teacher will involve more than just the skills to learn their work; you will be influential in their way forward when problem solving, normalising their engagement in their learning process and growing their understanding of more than just their maths skills. You will be responsible for their ‘bigger picture’ learning, and ensuring the quality of the education is so much more than just taking information in.
