About the Company
Showing massive growth for 2019, we are looking for a new member to join our fast paced, innovative and unique business who are passionate about making a difference. A business like no other, we impact the lives of young students by providing them with the guidance and tools they need to be able to navigate through their futures. Not only working with individual students, NZ secondary schools, Iwis and tertiary providers, we have also just branched into Asia.
About You
You will be a key member of our consultative team across NZ, dedicated to grow this unique and leading in-depth careers business.
The ideal candidate would have a proven background working in one-on-one situations with students, however this is not essential as training will be provided! You may be from a corporate background or have worked in Learning and Development, Organizational Development or Human Resources where you have helped grow, develop or guide people. Exposure to interpreting psychometric testing would be advantageous, as well as the ability to offer sound vocational or development advice. Above all – we are looking for someone who is passionate about helping young people and assisting them shape their futures.
You personally will have:

Natural affinity with young people and the ability to let them open up and learn about themselves

Excellent listening capability; ability to draw out information Interest in the changing world of careers and how this is impacting people, following market trends and research

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present

Dedicated work ethic; flexible schedule/availability

Flexibility to travel across NZ six months of the year, and possibly internationally
