The Role
This position is fast paced, reactive and will always provide variety and a challenge. As the Candidate Resourcer/Manager, you will assist the Consultants to source the right candidates. You will be very involved in the overall recruitment process assisting with placing their roles and even overseeing their work in their absence. There will be a lot of administration in this role so you will need to enjoy this side of recruitment, but the great thing about this role is that you’re not just sitting at a desk, as a large part of your week will be face-to-face candidate interviews.
All About You
Qualities that should come naturally to you will be confident in being able to liaise with people of all backgrounds, your intuition and ability to observe and gain trust – This is essential in our business. Bringing with you 1-2 years administration experience is a must, as well as the ability to demonstrate a high attention to detail and the ability manage multiple tasks. Give the fast-paced nature that comes with recruitment, you will have a calm manner but also a resilience to deal with high pressured situations.
There is no doubt about it, recruitment will push you on a daily basis but is also a profession that if done well will offer you excellent rewards and highest levels of satisfaction.
