We’re looking for an Administrator for our client based in Pukekohe. This is primarily an administration-focused role supporting the business across general office admin, HR coordination, and health & safety administration.
We’re ideally looking for someone who has previously worked in the construction or trades industry and understands the day-to-day environment, paperwork, and compliance requirements that come with it.
You don’t need to be a Health & Safety expert, but some exposure to H&S processes would be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities
- General office and administration support
- Maintaining employee records and company systems
- Tracking leave, training, licences, and certifications
- Assisting with recruitment coordination and onboarding paperwork
- Managing health & safety documentation, registers, and reporting
- Coordinating inductions, toolbox talks, and training records
- Logging incidents, near misses, and follow-up actions
- Preparing SSSP documentation and compliance paperwork
- Supporting managers with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Helping ensure systems, processes, and records stay organised and up to date
Skills & Experience
- Previous administration experience
- Background in construction, trades, or a similar industry
- Exposure to health & safety processes or site compliance requirements
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using systems, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and a practical, can-do attitude
