This opportunity is ideal for:
- Experienced recruitment BDMs, or
- Sales professionals currently working within warehousing, logistics, transport or manufacturing organisations who know the market, the pressures, and the decision‑makers.
The Role:
- Build and deepen relationships with employers across logistics, FMCG, transport and manufacturing
- Convert new business through consultative, solution‑based conversations
- Position Kinetic as a trusted workforce partner, not just a recruiter
- Leverage HOBAN Group’s proven recruitment, labour hire and compliance capability to win and retain clients
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure what you sell is delivered — consistently
