We're partnering with a respected engineering business seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to lead the development and implementation of its Quality Management System across a growing maintenance and construction division.

This is an opportunity to build quality systems from the ground up, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in the business's journey towards ISO 9001 alignment.

About the Role
Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement a Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001.
• Lead QA/QC processes across engineering, maintenance and construction projects.
• Conduct internal audits and manage non-conformance and corrective actions.
• Maintain quality documentation and document control systems.
• Support operational teams with quality plans, procedures and compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

About You
You'll have:

• Experience developing and implementing Quality Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality assurance principles.
• QA/QC experience within engineering, construction or industrial environments.
• Internal auditing and compliance experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
