Receptionist (Part-Time,Takapuna)
  • University student (3rd year or post grad?).
  • Seeking part time hours?

INTRO

  • Our client is looking for a capable and reliable Receptionist to support operations

  • Training provided on systems and sector
HOURS
  • Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 7:45am – 3:00pm
  • Every ‘second’ Sunday: 7:45am – 3:00pm
A total of 29 hours across Monday – Sunday; ie four set Shifts, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts when others on leave etc (e.g. days, eves 2:45pm–10pm) also at other Northshore location.

DUTIES
  • Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations as the first point of contact
  • Handle bookings and enquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and systems
  • Support the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
YOU
  • Previous reception or administrative experience
  • Experience with customer services/computer systems
  • Able to pick up extra shifts (Days, or Evenings – 2.45 to 10pm, or Weekends are all on offer, as more than one site on the Northshore)
  • This role could suit a University student with consistent availability (3rd year or post grad most likely given core days required), or a candidate seeking a change of pace with free time available; a mature and responsible attitude important as sole charge at times
  • A NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident please (not Visa)
