Receptionist (Part-Time,Takapuna)
DUTIES

- University student (3rd year or post grad?).

- Excellent rate with penalties as applicable

- Our client is looking for a capable and reliable Receptionist to support operations
- Enjoy shared face-to-face customer services with your professional, confident and positive manner
- Training provided on systems and sector
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 7:45am – 3:00pm
- Every ‘second’ Sunday: 7:45am – 3:00pm
DUTIES
- Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations as the first point of contact
- Handle bookings and enquiries
- Maintain accurate records and systems
- Support the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Previous reception or administrative experience
- Experience with customer services/computer systems
- Able to pick up extra shifts (Days, or Evenings – 2.45 to 10pm, or Weekends are all on offer, as more than one site on the Northshore)
- This role could suit a University student with consistent availability (3rd year or post grad most likely given core days required), or a candidate seeking a change of pace with free time available; a mature and responsible attitude important as sole charge at times
- A NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident please (not Visa)
- Excellent rate with penalties as applicable
