Job description

Receptionist (Part-Time, Takapuna)
  • Parental cover Fixed Term contract (12-13 months)

INTRO

  • Our client is looking for a capable and reliable Receptionist to support operations
  • Enjoy shared face-to-face customer services with your professional, confident and positive manner
  • Training provided on patient systems and medical sector if already an experienced Receptionist Administrator with excellent computer skills 
HOURS
  • 3 x Dayshift 7.5 / 8-hour shifts
  • Thursday and Fridays, and Mondays OR Tuesdays
  • Opportunity to pick up additional hours (week day/week evening if available and keen to do so, rosters are out a month in advance)
  • This is for a 12-13 month fixed term due to parental leave
DUTIES
  • Welcome visitors and manage busy front desk operations as the first point of contact
  • Handle bookings and enquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and systems
  • Support the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
YOU
  • Do you thrive as the first point of contact, ie whether face to face in an office or a Medical Clinic welcoming patients
  • Have reception or administrative/customer services skills within a professional setting
  • Computer savvy to navigate company systems (Bookings etc, training on their package provided)
  • A mature and responsible attitude, as sole charge at times
  • A NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident please (not Visa)
