We're partnering with a leading global consumer goods business to find an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join their Auckland distribution team.

This is a permanent afternoon/evening shift role, working 2:30pm - 11:00pm, leading a busy warehouse operation and driving performance across a high-volume distribution environment. What you'll be doing

• Leading and developing warehouse team leaders and operators
• Driving productivity, service levels, and operational performance
• Monitoring and reporting on key warehouse KPIs
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
• Working closely with inventory, customer service, and other internal teams
• Supporting replenishment, returns, and order accuracy initiatives
• Managing packaging and operational resources
• Contributing to continuous improvement and logistics projects
• Promoting a strong health and safety culture

What we're looking for

• Previous leadership experience within a warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong understanding of warehousing and distribution processes
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to health and safety best practices
