Hello 2018!
WHAT a start to the year! The past month has flown by since the Kinetic team returned from the Christmas break and hit the ground running. It's clear to see that 2018 is going to be great.
New Year, New Team
With more work coming in, we've welcomed a number of fresh faces to our team in our offices across the country. We are very excited to have two new consultants joining us, Emma Hawkins and Stacey Bollond. Emma is based in Christchurch and Stacey in our Auckland office. They have each come on board with a real 'can-do' attitude and made a great impact with our candidates, clients and Kinetic team. Our support team has expanded too, with our Recruitment Coordinator, Jessica Bates in our Wellington office; Para Consultant, Jessica McLaren, Recruitment Coordinator, Stasia Boyce and Frontline Administrator, Paris Allan all in the Auckland office. Welcome all!
Swivel Careers on tour
The Swivel Careers team recently spent some time with ACG Tauranga senior students on their Leadership camp. Their time was filled with fun activities that pushed the students to test their team work and communication skills. Swivel team observed some fantastic work by all, the students were incredible and put their best foot forward to each of the challenges given to them. We look forward to working with the students again.
Long weekend... every weekend?
One Company has announced that they would be trialling the four day working week, while keeping worker's salaries and hours the same. We have been watching this with keen interest to see how this goes in the New Zealand market and what it does in terms of boosting staff productivity and morale. What do you think?
Baby Number 3
We've recently said goodbye to our Senior Consultant in Tauranga, Cherie Hill, as she goes on maternity leave. We're super excited to meet the newest addition to your family, Cherie - see you soon!
Team Challenge
The Kinetic team has taken on a nation-wide 8 week "Biggest Loser" challenge. We're nearly at the half way mark and have seen some great results already. Keep up the great work team.
