Kinetic Recruitment wishes to recognise Bridgette Johnstone. For over a decade Bridgette has offered outstanding consulting services to her clients and candidates. She is the most successful consultant the business has had to date and this does not just come with years of service. It comes from hard work, determination, resilience and an open minded approach to ensure that anyone with whom Bridgette assists gets what they need with a high degree of professionalism. To show her level of expertise to her colleagues, clients and candidates, Bridgette's title is now Principal Consultant. Congratulations Brid, you very much deserve the recognition!
Market update.... Don't delay!
You are probably noticing that it is an extremely tight candidate market at the moment. We hare seeing great economic growth in businesses across the country (meaning more employees are needed) paired with continued low unemployment rates. Candidates have options out there and are using this to their full advantage! This is where Kinetic has really been able to come into our own, utilising our fantastic candidate database and network of contacts to continue ensuring that we are able to help you with getting employees. As well as ensuring our Clients are up to date with market salary information. Our advice to you! Don't delay when you find that right candidate- get that offer out to them, before they get snapped up!
We are having an Open Day!
This Saturday the 8th of July we are having our very first open day in the Auckland office! If you or anyone you know is looking for work whether it be temporary, permanent or contract be sure to pop in and meet the team! Bring your CV along and have an interview on the spot. We will be here from 10am and will close the office at 2pm.

Level 2, Queens Arcade, Customs Street East
You can access the Arcade from either Queen Street or Customs Street East. Opposite the Choice Sushi shop is a lift, take that to Level 2!

Don't rain on our parade...
The weather wasn't the best today but nevertheless fans came out in the masses! Streets were blocked off and the excitement was real in our office as we got to watch Emirates Team New Zealand in the parade. A huge congratulations goes out to ETNZ, you have made our country proud! As you can see by the picture to the right, the K-girls loved it (and Peter and Blair too.... we are sure)!
