The Role
As the Operations Assistant you will work closely with the Operations Manager and other team members where you will:

Customer service advice for sales and warehouse team

Produce stock reports
-
Assist with processing orders and purchase orders

Provide production information
-
Book transport
-
Generate dispatch documents
-
Check goods and assist with stock take
-
Assist with any overflow operations work
Skills & Experience
The successful applicant will have knowledge and experience around timber or in a related industry. You will be customer focused and have a hands-on ability. You will be positive, supportive and have a real eye for detail. Knowledge of operations is ideal!
