The Company
This high end department store brings you many of the world’s coveted designers right here in the Bay of Plenty. Situated in the beautiful Mount town this well-known brand brings to the customer a refined collection from over 50 globally renowned New Zealand and International designers such as Karen Walker, Bassike, Deadly Ponies, Alexander Wang and Rag & Bone to name a few.

The Role
As Assistant Manager, you will provide support to the Director and manage the day to day running of the store. You will manage the rosters and ensure staff are exceeding their sales targets. You will need to understand high fashion and have an eye for style as you will assist clients with styling and piecing together outfits. Your positive energy and enthusiasm will help you to build lasting customer relationships and provide world class service.

Duties

• Manage staff and rostering
• Step into the Managers role when Director is absent
• Meet and exceed targets and budgets
• Styling of clients
• Assisting in other related administration duties

• Previous retail experience is a must
