Our client delivers healthcare supply chain solutions by using the best technology, systems and people, allowing those at the frontline to focus on delivering healthcare. The company holds more than $23M of inventory, employs over 130 staff and has a catalogue of thousands of medical and pharmaceutical consumables.

Based at the Auckland Head Office, this role of ‘Master Data & Pricing Analyst’ offers variety and the opportunity to work in a stimulating and challenging environment.

Shared duties:

  • Loading contracts/pricing details
  • Master Data requests, queries & file maintenance
  • Rebates/claims
  • Customer & Supplier liaison, also with Product Managers & Procurement
  • Managing purchase prices/investigating invoice variances
  • Daily margin analysis & reports
  • Inventory & stock level maintenance
  • Maintaining SOP’s & striving for process improvement etc
  • Use of Excel and SAP

You:

You will be applying your stable work history, all-round numeracy, computer and administrative skills (accounting experience will be highly regarded), to this complex role that requires your analytical ability and lateral thinking. A team player, you will be naturally inquisitive and aware that all you do has a flow-on effect in the system.

In a team of three reporting to the Purchasing Team Leader (who also has a separate purchasing team of 5), you will enjoy being part of a very stable, long serving team, and your logical mind and strength with Excel will be appreciated. Any ERP/big data system experience will be acceptable, but intermediate to advanced Excel is required.
