About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for batching concrete to precise specifications, ensuring quality and consistency for daily production. This role plays a key part in the delivery of products for commercial and residential projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate batching systems to meet daily production targets
• Monitor and adjust mix designs to ensure quality
• Coordinate with drivers and dispatch teams
• Maintain accurate records of materials and production
• General plant upkeep and basic maintenance

• Previous batching or concrete experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and safety focus
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Good communication skills
