About the role:

As part of this position, your responsibilities will include overseeing the team to ensure accurate progression of cases and workloads. Reporting to the Director, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the seamless management of workload within the consultancy team and ensuring working within proper procedures.

You will be working with legal documents and sensitive information, as well as dealing with external clients who are highly professional.

Some tasks may include:

  • Assist with liquidations and receiverships
  • Monitors the progress of cases
  • Review correspondence for accuracy before being sent to clients
  • Assist with the disposal of assets and debt collection
  • Administration of cases, including dealing with queries

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 5 years of experience in a professional services firm and have sound knowledge of insolvency and liquidation. You will also need to have people and workflow experience. Someone with legal or credit control experience would be ideal for this position. You will need to be a professional individual with strong client-facing manners, and good communication skills within a team.
