We are seeking a customer services representative to join this close-knit team and become and ambassador for the brand, right from your desk!
We need someone who has excellent communication skills, with a genuine desire to support clients with sales, orders, and deliveries. The role is best suited to someone who is results focused who enjoys a close-knit team around them. You will have an excellent phone manner and be someone who takes pride in their work every day.
- Previous experience in a Customer Services role
- Experience with Microsoft office products
- Available to start within the next week
This is a great people-based role where you will be taking sales orders, arranging product deliveries along with some general data entry. You will be the main point of contact for important and valued clients, liaising closely with warehouse staff to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of the product, and a satisfied valued customer.
The dream candidate will be systems and computer literate, with previous customer service experience. A can-do attitude is essential, as is a passion for customer care.
- Taking and processing sales orders
- Providing solution-based advice to clients
- Working with the Warehousing staff and wider departments
- Accurate data entry
You will find this team to be social and enjoy office banter. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the ideal candidate will be professional and hardworking, but have a good sense of humour, contributing willingly inside this customer services team.
