Electrical Trade Assistant

Are you looking to grow your career in the electrical industry? We're on the hunt for a reliable Electrical Trade Assistant to support our team on a large, exciting project.

As an Electrical Trade Assistant, you will be joining a large team and a large scale apartment complex project. This is an extensive project, and will provide you with ongoing work for 2025 within a highly regarded Wellington electrical company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist electricians with installations, including pre-wire fit-outs
• Handle tools, materials, and equipment on-site
• Perform general labor and preparation work as required
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Learn and follow safety and electrical standards

Key Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a trade assistant or similar role
• Good understanding of electrical work
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Physically fit and ready for hands-on work

Additional Requirements:

• Legally entitled to work in New Zealand
