My client is looking for a superstar Export Air Freight Operator to quickly jump into a busy role. Work for a supportive, well-established Global Logistics/ Freight Forwarding organisation based in Mangere.

The Role
Start ASAP! This Export Air Freight Operator position is a busy role, with an opportunity to establish yourself long term. You will be responsible for looking after a wide range of clients requests for Export Air bookings. Some of the duties will include:

• Ensuring that all document has been received prior to export
• Arranging bookings with airline agencies and suppliers on behalf of client's
• Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure the client's needs have been met
• Communicating with the wider global team to plan loading and dispatch of cargo
• Providing support to your team and management when required
• Ensuring all booking are as per government regulations

To be successful in this role
My client is looking for a candidate with at least 1-2 years Air freight experience for this position. If you have a great, can do, and willingness to lean attitude, then this could be the role for you! We are looking for candidate who have:

• Experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Air Freight / Exports
• A positive, can do attitude
• Have great customer service and phone manner skills
• Be computer savvy
• Work well under pressure
