We’re looking for a Frame & Truss Estimator to prepare accurate takeoffs and cost estimates for residential and/or commercial framing and truss packages. This role works closely with sales, design, and suppliers to deliver competitive, buildable pricing that meets plans and building requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review plans and produce framing and truss takeoffs
• Prepare cost estimates and bid proposals
• Liaise with truss designers, engineers, and suppliers
• Clarify plan discrepancies and assist with re-pricing when changes occur

Requirements:

• Experience in framing, truss estimating, or construction estimating (preferred)
• Strong understanding of timber framing systems
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
