The Company

• This organisation is a high profile and much trusted organisation who whilst they are globally owned, are an original kiwi success story!
• They are looking to have a person start ASAP to provide additional HRBP assistance
• This four month role may extend, so flexibility is required

Duties

• Providing a high level of service, advice, guidance and coaching to Managers on people related matters
• Running change management processes
• Managing ER processes if needed
• Work with leadership teams on people plans
• A customer focus, building friendly, professional and accessible relationships
• Great execution of work plans with an eye for detail
• Reporting to the Head of Talent. 

Skills & Experience

• Human Resources / People & Culture Business Partner experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant HR operations experience
• Proven experience in managing HR processes such as performance and pay
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• A working knowledge of HR practices and New Zealand employment legislation (ESSENTIAL)
• Tertiary qualification within HR or similar
• Ability to start ASAP
