Responsibilities:

• Planned preventative maintenance
• Service and corrective maintenance work
• Identifying and investigating faults in HVAC systems
• Providing clear and correct advise to clients
• Meeting expectations of internal and external clients
• Installation of new equipment/plants/systems
• Undertake Callout duties
• Completion of all administrative tasks associated with the role

Requirements:

• Relevant trade qualification and certifications including minimum requirement of registration as an electrician
• Exposure to commercial buildings
• Project planning and management experience
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders with conflicting expectations
• Effective written and oral communicator
