The role:

We are seeking a Quality Office to join this companies amazing team sourcing and supplying the best quality ingredients world-wide.

Some of the duties you will be required to do follow:

• PIFS & Specification Forms - Liaising with suppliers to complete and update product information and specification forms.
• Food labelling & nutritional's - Understands current food labelling laws, allergens, nutritional specifications for products both imported and made locally.
• New Product development, working on new products with new suppliers.
• NCR & CCR - Liaising with suppliers and customers regarding non-conformance and customers complaint reports.
• Managing our quality program
• Stock quality management
• MPI registration and compliance
• Audits
• Manage supplier certifications, HACCP and auditing systems within the food industry.

About you:

• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure
• Experience in QC testing, MSDS, PIF's and COA's
• Tertiary qualification or have equivalent professional experience in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Science, Pharmacology or equivalent.
• Knowledge or experience in HACCP, FSSC22000 or ISO22000, RMP an advantage
• A can do and willing to learn attitude
• Be a multi tasker with the ability to be proactive and show initiative
• Achieve daily deadlines
• Being a team player is a must with the ability to work alone
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage however not necessary
