Senior Export Operator

An established international freight forwarding company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Export Operator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of end-to-end export operations and a track record of managing key accounts with professionalism and accuracy.

You will be working closely with large, long-term clients and must be confident in managing complex shipments, coordinating with carriers, and navigating export documentation with minimal oversight. Your ability to maintain high service standards under pressure will be essential.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage full export process from booking to final delivery
• Liaise with clients, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure smooth cargo movement
• Handle documentation, customs requirements, and invoicing with precision
• Monitor shipment milestones and proactively resolve any delays
• Maintain strong relationships with major accounts through clear and timely communication

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in export operations within freight forwarding
• Proven ability to manage large, complex accounts independently
• Strong working knowledge of CargoWise
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
