• Attend client sites for diagnostics, repairs, installations, and maintenance
• Deliver expert-level hydraulic service and technical solutions
• Provide outstanding customer service and represent the company professionally on-site
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail on every job
• Work independently while managing your time and priorities effectively
• Support and mentor junior team members when required
