About the Company:

An innovative global company, specialising in air conditioning, HVAC and refrigeration integrated solutions, are looking for a Service Supervisor to provide technical support to the Service team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Service Technicians to ensure that service programs are carried out effectively
• Supervise service operations to maximise revenue
• Provide supervision of work to ensure safe and efficient practices
• Allocate daily jobs
• Conduct regular workshop meetings with Service Technicians
• Keep in regular contact with key customers

Key Competencies:

• Trade qualified with necessary refrigeration and electrical license
• Minimum 5 years field experience as a Supervisor
• Excellent communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Commercial HVAC equipment knowledge and technical experience
