About The Role

My client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join the finance team as an Accounts Assistant/Accounts receivable. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records by assisting with data entry, invoice processing, and expense management. You will also contribute to accounts payable and receivable functions, you will communicate effectively with internal departments, and assist with audits as needed. Administration skills would be well suited to this role too.

You must have experience in:

• Accounts Assistant role or a similar position
• Accounts Receivable and Payable
• Excel skills
• Processing Daily Banking
• Preparing monthly journals & accruals

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have a qualification in Accounting such as an Undergraduate. Administration experience is not essential but would be highly beneficial in this role. It is also required to have at least 1 year of working experience in a similar position.
