Kinetic Reruitment have partnered with a global leader in medical technology, known for delivering world-class surgical solutions. They are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Associate to join their Wellington-based team.

About the role 
This is a dynamic, hands-on role supporting experienced an experienced Territory Manager across hospitals and clinical environments. You will assist with product demonstrations, technical support, theatre support, training sessions, and equipment management while building strong, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-theatre support during clinical procedures, ensuring equipment is correctly set up, functioning, and available when needed. 
• Support the wider sales team with clinical cases, product demonstrations, and customer education
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and key hospital staff
• Deliver technical product support and responsive after-sales service
• Coordinate stock, equipment logistics, and loan kit preparation
• Assist with quotes, CRM updates, sales reporting and general territory administration

About YouYou’re confident, organised, and eager to learn. With strong communication skills and a genuine interest in healthcare technology, you’re comfortable in hospital settings and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented role. Previous experience in medical sales or clinical support is advantageous.
