We’re recruiting for an experienced Loader & Digger Operator to join a busy quarry and aggregate yard based in Onehunga. The site supplies aggregates and manages clean-fill tipping, supporting construction and civil projects across Auckland.

This role is primarily operating a loader to move, manage, and load aggregates and clean-fill materials in a fast-paced yard environment, with occasional operation of up to a 27T digger as required. You’ll be responsible for working safely and efficiently, keeping the yard organised, loading customer trucks, and ensuring smooth daily operations. We’re looking for someone confident on machinery who can show initiative, work with minimal supervision, and maintain strong safety standards at all times.

Ideal candidate:

• Current driver’s licence
• WTR endorsement (preferred)
• Proven experience operating loaders
• Experience operating up to a 27T digger
• Strong work ethic and ability to show initiative
• Reliable and safety-focused
• Ability to pass a drug test
