Job description

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Team Lead – Operations. This is an urgent hire for a confident, professional leader to manage a high-performing team and ensure operational excellence in a regulated, production-focused environment.

You will lead a team of 7, overseeing administration, customer support, and operational workflows.
Your role includes coaching, mentoring, process improvement, performance management, and ensuring SLAs and quality standards are consistently met. You will act as the escalation point for the team, make data-driven decisions, and drive efficiency across all operations.

Key Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in operations, contact centres, or regulated production environments
  • Strong ability to manage performance, coach teams, and drive accountability
  • Skilled in process improvement, workflow management, and risk control
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Confident in handling escalations and maintaining high standards under pressure
  • Professional, corporate approach with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
