About The Role

My client is looking for a highly experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join their team. You will be in charge of six Customer Service Reps. You will be responsible for leading and managing the team to ensure exceptional service delivery. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. You will also be in charge of improving procedures, supervising, mentoring customer team members and coaching.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3 years of managing experience within a Customer Service environment and will have strong leadership skills. You will need excellent communication abilities and a deep understanding of customer service principles. Someone who has success when dealing with customers and their team is essential.

You must have New Zealand work experience in a similar role to be successful.
