About the Role:

As a Foreman, you will play a key role in supporting the electrical team while being directly involved in hands-on tasks. Your expertise will ensure that high-quality workmanship is maintained throughout the project, contributing to the overall success of the team and the project.

Responsibilities:

• Assist team members with electrical installations and repairs
• Provide technical expertise to support project execution
• Allocate daily tasks to facilitate optimal workflow
• Conduct training and safety briefings for the team
• Audit work for quality and compliance with standards
• Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Identify and implement service improvement opportunities

Key Competencies:

• Trade qualified with necessary electrical licenses
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in electrical work
• Experience supporting a team in a collaborative environment
• Customer-focused with a commitment to exceptional service
• Strong troubleshooting skills

Additional Requirements:

• Fully registered and legally entitled to work in New Zealand
