About the role:

Are you passionate about hands-on work and leading a dedicated team? We are currently working with an established company in Dunedin who are looking for a Foreman to deliver exceptional service while actively engaging in technical tasks.

As a Foreman, you'll be directly involved in supervising and supporting the skilled Service Technicians in the field. A hands-on approach will ensure that service programs are executed efficiently and safely, with a focus on maximising productivity and customer satisfaction. You'll play a vital role in maintaining high standards while actively participating in technical tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee technician performance and job completion
• Provide hands-on technical support
• Allocate daily jobs for optimal workflow
• Conduct training and safety talks
• Audit jobs for quality and documentation
• Address customer concerns on site
• Ensure compliance with safety standards
• Identify service improvement opportunities

Key Competencies:

• Trade Qualified with necessary refrigeration and electrical licenses
• 5+ years of experience
• Experience leading a small team
• Customer Focused and commitment to exceptional service
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems preferred.
