You will be joining a dynamic organisation committed to delivering exceptional workplace solutions. Due to growth they are seeking a motivated Junior Content & Data Coordinator to join our team and support cross-functional initiatives.

Role Overview:

As a Junior Content & Data Coordinator, you will collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to meet their content and data-related needs. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in content management, data reporting, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to gather information and support their content needs.
  • Content Management: Assist with website backend user maintenance and content administration, including updating and managing website content.
  • Web Platform Utilisation: Make the most of Adobe Magento tools to enhance website performance and user experience.
  • Data Reporting: Collect and report data from website analytics to inform decision-making and improve strategies.
  • Graphic Design & Marketing Support: Contribute basic graphic design and marketing tasks as needed to support team initiatives.
  • Copywriting Assistance: Provide basic copywriting support to ensure content is engaging and aligns with brand messaging.
  • Brief Taking & Coordination: Take briefs from various teams, gather necessary data, and collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality deliverables.

To be successful you will need:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Basic understanding of graphic design and marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, preferably Adobe Magento.
  • Ability to analyse and report on website analytics.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
  • Be a NZ Citizen or resident.
