About the Role:

As a crucial member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of facilitating our organization's notifications and investigation processes. Your exceptional communication skills will play a key role in navigating sensitive and intricate cases with precision and care. By applying legislative principles and employing your keen attention to detail, you'll contribute to promoting risk-averse practices across our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply legislative principles to cases with finesse.
  • Serve boards and committees with professionalism.
  • Implement strategies to minimise risk effectively.
  • Excel in analytical tasks, even under pressure.
  • Adapt quickly to new programs, including Office Suite.
  • Identify and address escalations promptly.
  • Handle conduct and competence notifications seamlessly.
  • Coordinate and communicate case management data efficiently.
  • Deliver top-notch verbal and written communication.
  • Ensure timely responses to processing tasks.
