About the company:

An extremely rewarding role that is sits within a collaborative, fast paced team. With no two days the same, you will be booking in NZSL interpreters into a variety of appointments, some last minute! Making a real difference within the Deaf Community, you will juggle and prioritize tasks with the end goal of ensuring each booking is on time and runs smoothly.

About you:

This role suits someone with exceptional communication and organisational skills. The client is looking for someone who ideally has experience working in travel or events as the role will involve working with the interpreters who attend events. You will be able to work well under pressure and you will be flexible in your approach to helping others when urgent tasks arise. Your attention to detail must be of a high standard, as with your time management. You must have a full understanding that your focus is on the outcome for the customer. Systems are all user friendly with training in place, but experience with other scheduling systems will be beneficial.
