We’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to support a busy period of work in Taupō, leading piping and mechanical installation projects from the ground up.
You’ll be responsible for running site operations, managing crews and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities for piping and mechanical projects
• Coordinate workforce, materials, and subcontractors
• Monitor progress, quality, and H&S compliance
• Liaise with project managers and clients on schedules and updates
• Solve onsite issues and keep work flowing smoothly

What we’re after:

• Strong background in pipefitting, mechanical, or industrial engineering
• Proven experience supervising teams or leading site operations
• Confident reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A practical, safety-first approach and ability to think on your feet
