We’re looking for a hands-on Workshop Foreman to lead from the front and take ownership of our client's busy Palmerston North workshop. This is a chance to make the role your own — ensuring smooth workshop operations, managing vehicle maintenance, and guiding a skilled team to deliver quality results every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all workshop operations and workflow
• Manage and schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Lead, support, and mentor workshop technicians
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency

What you’ll bring:

• Strong heavy diesel background +6 years 
• Previous bus experience preffered
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
