The role:

• Achieve operational goals, optimize resource use for cost-efficiency, and maximize branch profitability.
• Meet customer maintenance needs, ensure adequate resourcing, and manage planning and budgeting.
• Identify improvement areas, propose corrective actions, and share best practices and market insights with other branches and head office.
• Oversee service operations, manage outstanding debts, and ensure compliance with service policies, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance.
• Lead and develop the team to deliver high-quality, defect-free services, while providing training, coaching, and addressing employee satisfaction.
• Coordinate with various departments and manage daily activities of Key Account Managers, ensuring effective communication and collaborative management.

You will have:

• Previous commercial HVAC experience within New Zealand
• Effective Communication
• Technical trade background
• Regions include part of the North Island and part of the South Island - travel involved
